It is a brand new West facing Villa which benefits from the sunshine at all times of the day. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms offering the highest standard of living and comfort. Inside the Villa is a host of luxury items chosen to provide a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere from the moment you arrive. The pool area is also West facing and is not overlooked so as to maximize privacy in this calm and tranquil setting.

The Kitchen is fitted with cooker & hob, washer, microwave and cafetier. All usual facilities are also provided e.g. Iron and ironing board.

The spacious layout of the Villa is designed to accommodate a family of 6 people. It benefits from a digital television with the full Sky package, together with a CD system with a collection of CD's to suit all musical tastes.

Each of the windows has been fitted with integrated mosquito guards so as to enable windows to be open whilst keeping mosquitos out. Mosquito plugs are also provided for inside the Villa. Important safety measures of fire extinguishers and smoke alarms have been fitted.

The master bedroom is fitted with a full size ensuite bathroom and fitted wardrobes. The other two bedrooms are equally large with fitted wardrobes. A high chair and cot are also available.

The pool is 8 x 4 metres with patio furniture, sunloungers are provided for extra comfort.

A full set of Wilson golf clubs, with bag are available at the villa for use by guests at no extra charge, eliminating the need to take a set of clubs out to Spain or the expense of hiring clubs.

Surrounding area

Just 3km from the villa lies the historic, picturesque white village of Competa. A great variety of restaurants and tapas bars can be found here, all very reasonably priced. Also a superb bakery, supermarkets, banks and wonderful craft shops.

9km down the hill is Torrox Pueblo with its delightful square complete with orange trees and fountain where a further selection of great restaurants can be found. 5 minutes drive from here is Torrox Costa with its uncrowded beaches and unpolluted coast, also a wonderful choice of beachside restaurants and bars.10 minutes drive further along the coast is the popular resort of Nerja and of course just an hour and a half away is Granada with its magnificent Alhambra Palace. In winter, you can spend the morning skiing, just two hours drive up into the Sierra Nevadas and be back in time to sunbathe by the pool or to sip a gin & tonic on the relaxing sun terrace.

The villa overlooks the Sierra Almijara national park providing excellent walks within this area, also great opportunities for horse riding and pony trekking for all abilities.

Golf information

A stay in Casa Sheridan is ideal for combining a golfing holiday whilst experiencing Andalucia. The Costa Del Sol is second to none for its choice of golf courses, catering for every range of handicap, high or low. Just 25 minutes from the villa is Baviera Golf Club.Designed by Jose Maria Canizares, it's an 18 hole, 6100 yard, par 71 course, with driving range. The course is surrounded by pleasant gardens and lakes, with views of the nearby mountains and sea. This sets enough challenges for the low handicapper but is not too difficult for the moderate golfer, making it ideal for couples. A Further 20 minutes drive towards Malaga you'll find Anoreta Golf Club, another Canizares designed course. This 18 hole, 6538 yard, par 71 course sets a slightly more difficult challenge due to water hazards being featured on 11 of the 18 holes, but still makes for a very enjoyable round of golf. There are numerous other courses within one hour's drive so you'll certainly be spoilt for choice.
